Andrew "Drew" Jennings is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Outpost Preparedness, a veteran-owned company on a mission to make disaster readiness simple, practical, and empowering for families, organizations, and communities nationwide.
A retired U.S. Marine Corps Master Sergeant, Drew brings 20 years of leadership experience built across two distinct worlds: 10 years in infantry and 10 years in aviation logistics. In the infantry, he led teams in high-pressure environments where preparation, discipline, and decisive action directly impacted safety and mission success. That experience shaped his ability to build calm, capable teams, simplify complex problems, and execute when conditions are uncertain—core principles that translate directly to emergency readiness.
In aviation logistics, Drew managed complex supply chains and operational systems designed to keep people and equipment mission-ready around the clock. He oversaw global coordination, process improvement, and accountability for critical resources—helping safeguard more than $500M in assets across Europe, Asia, and the United States. That logistics foundation informs Outpost’s approach to preparedness: practical planning, the right tools in the right place, and systems that hold up under real-world stress.
At Outpost Preparedness, Drew leads a team delivering Marine-tested Go-Bags, ADA-focused evacuation and mobility solutions, and digital resources that demystify preparedness. The company serves everyone from busy families and caregivers to businesses, residential care facilities, and government agencies—helping them build resilience beyond just gear through planning, training, and community support.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, completed the Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) program at USC Marshall, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Emergency Management at the University of Southern California.
